Utrecht, Netherlands-based global software company providing SaaS solutions for the events and media production industry, Rentman raised EUR 20 million in funding. The round took place on December 4, 2023. Expedition Growth Capital led the financing for the company.
As a part of the deal, Will Sheldon, Partner at Expedition Growth Capital, also joined Rentman’s Board of Directors.
Purpose of financing for Rentman
With the latest proceeds, i.e., Rentman’s first external capital since its inception, the company has plans to accelerate new customer-oriented investments. It also seeks to explore opportunities in strategic acquisitions. Meanwhile, the company seeks to fund Rentman’s platform development roadmap.
