The latest round of funding for Nest Egg, a cutting-edge platform for investing advice for bank and credit union members, has just been announced. Partners OceanFirst Bank, Republic Bancorp, Inc., and additional vital investors spearheaded it.

Strategic funding from Nest Egg will help the business increase the presence of its investing platform across the country. Nearly 1 million bank customers can access Nest Egg services at more than 100 sites across 12 states thanks to current partnerships with 11 banking institutions. To maintain the momentum that started in 2022 and the beginning of 2023, Nest Egg plans to finalize several new collaborations in 2023.

“These recent investments by our valued partners validate what we are doing – providing tailored, on-demand investment advice in collaboration with customers’ trusted financial institutions,” says Michael Church, CEO and Co-Founder of Nest Egg. Nest Egg is filling a significant gap in the market by giving almost every consumer of a partner institution access to a cutting-edge, creative investment platform.

Customers of Nest Egg receive their financial advice via a customized, user-friendly interface. Every Nest Egg user can discuss their financial future in person and on-demand with qualified, experienced financial advisors using terminals in branch locations or online from anywhere.

Nest Egg is a valued component of our customer experience, making it simple to invest whenever it is convenient and appropriate for each customer, according to Joseph J. Lebel III, President, and COO of OceanFirst Bank N.A. We are happy to assist the business as it grows to include more banks and credit unions and develop what we consider the best investing platform available.

According to investor Republic Bancorp, Inc, Nest Egg has been made available at all Republic Bank & Trust Company (“Republic Bank”) facilities and through Republic Bank’s mobile banking app. “It has been helpful to have a solution that our Associates can confidently recommend, knowing that a thoughtful, licensed advisor will guide each investor with the same care we extend to every customer of our bank,” says Andrew Trager Kusman, Chief Strategy Officer of Republic Bank. Our ongoing commitment to offering our customers cutting-edge financial services to help them achieve their life goals includes Nest Egg.

With USD 1,000 account minimums, on-demand online and live video advisors, and a quick and simple account creation process, we are happy to be able to offer professional financial advice to a wide range of people, including those for whom it has historically been out of reach. The investment in Nest Egg from our strategic partners will help us reach more Americans through our dependable bank and credit union partners, according to Arden Miller, co-founder and president of Nest Egg.
