Texas, USA-based healthcare strategy and transaction advisory firm VMG Health acquired USA-based healthcare consulting firm BSM Consulting. The company announced the acquisition on May 01, 2023. However, it did not disclose the amount of the transaction.
Purpose of acquisition by VMG Health
The latest acquisition integrates BSM’s long-standing reputation of expert business management consulting and operational solutions with VMG Health’s unmatched expertise in healthcare transactions, compliance, as well as physician alignment.
Meanwhile, BSM gets to add new services, such as subscription-based membership programs, recruitment, and leadership development resources. Moreover, it advances VMG Health’s commitment to providing a broader array of solutions to meet the needs of its clients.
VMG employees and Northlane Capital Partners (“NCP”) are the owners of VMG Health. Earlier in March 2020, NCP invested in VMG Health.
