New York, USA-based provider of an online visibility management SaaS platform, Semrush, acquired marketing education company Traffic Think Tank(TTT). The company announced the acquisition on February 22, 2023. However, it did not disclose the amount of the transaction.

Purpose of acquisition by Semrush

With the latest acquisition of TTT, Semrush looks to expand its Academy so marketers can learn new skills and hone their craft with access to communities focused on SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Digital PR, and PPC. On the other hand, the company intends to maintain the TTT mission and its community will be able to benefit from the content and resources already produced by the Semrush Academy, as well as new content and additional sessions from industry experts.

About Traffic Think Tank

Matthew Howells-Barby, Nick Eubanks and Ian Howells co-founder Traffic Think Tank in 2017. However, only in three months, the community grew to more than 300 people and featured hours of on-demand education.
