Hamburg, Germany-based provider of solutions for content and data exchange in the fashion-wholesale industry, Fashion Cloud raised EUR 25 million in recent financing. The company announced the fundraise on December 13, 2022. European investment company Verdane led the financing for the firm. Meanwhile, existing investors, including Heartland, joined in the round.

Purpose of investment for Fashion Cloud 

With the latest proceeds from the recent financing, Fashion Cloud seeks to use the support of Verdane’s network to fuel its international expansion. 

Besides, it has plans to further develop existing software solutions. The B2B fashion wholesale platform intends to enhance established features such as ‘content’ and ‘order’, enabling retailers to access marketing material and product data from more than 600 brands while also ordering articles with one click in the supplier’s brand shops. 

Moreover, the company aims to focus on smart replenishment and solutions for increasing transparency and exchanging data in the area of sustainability.
