NEW YORK, December 1, 2022  — — AllWork, the end-to-end platform that lets businesses recruit, manage, and pay their freelancer and contingent workforces more quickly and compliantly, announced the completion of a USD 4.9 million Series A investment round today. AllWork will utilize the capital to develop its software, payment systems, and workforce to fulfill the growing demand from businesses and freelancers for more convenient collaboration.

FINTOP Capital, located in Nashville, Tennessee, led the investment round and completed the transaction. FINTOP’s Chris Haley and Rick Holton will join AllWork’s Board of Directors.

Glenn Laumeister, CEO of AllWork, stated:

“We at AllWork feel that there is a great potential to reimagine how businesses and freelancers collaborate. We created a platform intended explicitly for onboarding, compliance, management, and integrated payments so companies and freelancers can manage their relationships in one location.

COVID-19 has expedited an already occurring change. Several studies indicate that by 2030, 50% of the workforce will work flexibly as freelancers, contractors, consultants, and in other flexible work arrangements. Furthermore, traditional payroll or PEO payment solutions were meant to handle something other than this new sort of work and legal or compliance talent connection.

AllWork’s solution is unique in that it integrates software, compliance, and payments into a single, easy-to-use, integrated solution that clients enjoy since it can be set up in only two weeks and requires no further integrations.

“We are seeing a significant movement toward the usage of freelancers in every job category, pay kind, and skill level, and this macro trend aligns nicely with AllWork’s solution, which allows firms to manage and pay every sort of freelancer that they require,” said Chris Haley, Partner at FINTOP Capital. “We were pleased by the AllWork team’s concept and how their solution addresses an increasingly severe issue for medium-sized and large clients.”

AllWork® is a one-stop platform for freelancer management and payment. We assist businesses in managing and paying every type of freelancer they require for their business, including hourly, consulting, contract, and project-based workers for short- and long-term assignments across all job functions, skill levels, categories, and roles in a more efficient and compliant manner.

Businesses may utilize the new Modern Workforce by offering a simplified platform and a single system of record, where the number of freelancers in the labor force will soon equal the number of permanent workers.
