The U.S.A-based global leader in high-calibre, on-demand legal talent, Axiom acquired Plexus Engage. The company announced the acquisition on November 7, 2022. However, it did not unveil the amount of the acquisition.

Purpose of acquisition by Axiom

The latest purchase of Plexus Engage allows Axiom to advance further its long-term M&A as well as geographic expansion plans.

Besides, it gets entry into Australia. In addition, the company seeks to enhance it’s footprint in the APAC region. Axiom has plans to adopt Plexus’s technology to further accelerate the performance of Axiom’s global business.

Meanwhile, Plexus focuses on scaling its award-winning legal operating system for in-house counsel.

As a part of the deal, Plexus Engage General Manager, Richard Kohinga, will continue to lead the organization as a wholly owned subsidiary of Axiom, operating as Axiom Global Australia.

David McVeigh, Chief Executive Officer of Axiom, said, “Plexus Engage provides Axiom with an experienced team with a proven track record of driving both growth and profitability in the Australian market. Our common goal is to provide legal departments with the flexibility and quality they need to drive efficiency and innovation – a priority in these challenging economic times.
