Madison, the U.S.A-based health and technology consulting company Nordic Consulting acquired Hygeian. The company announced the acquisition on October 6, 2022. As part of the deal, Hygeian becomes a Nordic Global Company, joining Bails, Healthtech, and S&P Consultants.
Purpose of acquisition by Nordic Consulting
Hygeian boasts a strong network of 300 highly experienced and skilled management consultants. The professionals possess a wide range of skills in various segments such as clinical, financial, and technical backgrounds. Therefore, Hygeian’s robust network allows Nordic to expand its capacity and capabilities to serve clients and cater to their evolving needs all across the globe.
Nordic Consulting continues to expand in Europe and the Middle East. The purchase of Hygeian marks the sixth acquisition for the firm.
Hygeian intends to continue to operate out of its headquarters in the UK.
