Paradox, an Arizona-based AI-enabled recruiting firm that allows its clients to screen and hire employees, answer every candidate question, and optimise conversions, has secured US$ 200 million in a Series C funding round co-led by Thoma Bravo, Stripes and Sapphire on 27 December 2021.

Investors: The latest investment round featured Thoma Bravo, Stripes and Sapphire as the lead investors with participation from Workday Ventures, Willoughby Capital, Twilio, Indeed, Principia Growth, Geodesic Capital, DLA Piper, Brighton Park Capital and Blue Cloud Ventures.

Purpose of the funding: The startup seeks to deploy the proceeds from the funding round towards accelerating the innovation for world-class clients and increasing the size of its team.
