Hello World Kids, a Jordanian EdTech startup, raised an undisclosed amount in Pre-Series A round led by Oman Technology Fund, Daam Almonsha’at Holding, and with participation from Vision Ventures.

Investors: The latest funding round is led by Daam Almonsha’at Holding and Oman Technology Fund (OTF) with participation from Vision Ventures.

The Objectives behind the funding: The company plans to deploy the current proceeds to expand into Egypt and Pakistan.

Founded in 2015 by Hanan Khader, Hello World Kids is an online learning platform developed to teach native coding to kids from the age of six to twelve.  Its platform offers comprehensive training and helps users learn how to programme using online tools, empowering children to gain the ability and creativity to be entrepreneurs and programmers. The startup provides programming, coding courses and science, technology, engineering, and mathematics courses for children. In 2020, the startup launched HelloCode, an online interactive platform that provides a coding curriculum for schools.
