London, United Kingdom-based global experience engineering firm Ciklum acquired USA-headquartered digital engineering services company Infogen. The company announced the acquisition on February 7, 2024. However, it did not disclose the amount of the transaction.
Purpose of the acquisition by Ciklum
With the recent acquisition of Infogen, Ciklum seeks to fuel its drive into the North American market. It also has plans to expand its global delivery footprint. The company further aims to strengthen its position in engineering the leading digital products of tomorrow.
As a part of the deal, Infogen’s CEO, Dr. Sanjeev Kuwadekar, continues at Ciklum. He further seeks to drive the continued growth of Infogen’s core services.
