KPN Ventures and Lead Ventures co-led the financing for the company. Meanwhile, Point Nine Capital, henQ, Presto Ventures, and Orbit Capital joined Series B. The recent investment marks a big step in CloudTalk’s journey to transform business communication.

Purpose of financing for CloudTalk

With the latest financing, CloudTalk seeks to strategically accelerate its growth. It also has plans to enhance its cloud phone system.

CloudTalk further aims to build a platform that meets the evolving needs of the remote workforce as well as exceeds customer expectations with innovative AI-powered features. For example, AI-powered dialers, conversational intelligence, and speech recognition.
