Washington, USA-based, one of the fastest-growing privately held packaging distribution companies in North America, 360Pack acquires Colorado, USA-based privately held custom packaging solutions provider, Team Packaging. The company announced the acquisition on August 28, 2023. However, it did not disclose the terms of the transaction.
As a part of the deal, Mike Anderson will continue to lead Team Packaging’s commercial strategy.
Purpose of acquisition by 360Pack
The latest acquisition of Team Packaging marks the third acquisition for 360Pack. It further strengthens the platform’s position as the leading full-service packaging solutions provider in the Western United States.
