Arizona, USA-based Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator focused on driving client success through digital transformation, Insight Enterprises acquired UK-based award-winning software development and digital services specialist, Amdaris. The company announced the acquisition on August 17, 2023. However, it did not disclose the amount of the transaction.
Purpose of financing for Insight Enterprises
With the latest financing, Insight Enterprises seeks to add Amdaris’ innovative software development, application support, managed services and consultancy services to its broad solutions portfolio and IT supply chain capabilities.
