The latter is a company specialing in healthcare supply chain technology and software solutions. The company announced the acquisition on July 25, 2023. However, the company did not disclose the amount of the transaction.

Purpose of acquisition for CareDx

With the latest acquisition of MediGo, CareDx seeks to expand its digital health portfolio. It aims to better serve the organ procurement organization (OPO) market.

Meanwhile, the company intends to strengthen its pre-transplant offerings. The solutions aims to shorten transplant wait times and increasing access to donated organs.
