The company announced the funding on June 5, 2023. However, it did not disclose the amount received from the investor.

Earlier in February 2021 as well as October 2022, the company raised funds from Argentum.

Purpose of financing for Impact Analytics 

With the latest proceeds from Vistara Growth, the company seeks to fuel its global expansion plans. In addition, it has plans to most notably help further develop the Impact Analytics SmartSuite™ product portfolio, which optimizes forecasting, merchandising, and end-to-end lifecycle pricing.
