Arizona, USA-based provider of a conversation platform, Nextiva, acquired India-based AI customer experience platform, Simplify 360. The company announced the acquisition on April 19, 2023. However, it did not disclose the amount of the acquisition.

With the latest acquisition of India-based Simplify360, Nextiva can foray into the Asia-Pacific market. It seeks to expand and support more businesses globally.

In addition, Nextiva customers gain immediate access to Simplify360’s offerings and can expect a full integration into Nextiva’s platform over time.
