U.S.A-based global leader in enterprise engagement platform technologies, Augeo acquired Brand Networks, a New York-based social media marketing company provider of global enterprises with AI-powered tools. The company announced the acquisition on February 15, 2023. However, it did not disclose the amount of the transaction.
