Investment adviser managing private equity funds, focused exclusively on value-based care innovation, healthcare services, and AI and tech-enabled healthcare services, Chicago Pacific Founder (CPF) provided the investment for the firm.

Purpose of financing for Gold Kidney Health Plan 

With the latest capital injection, Gold Kidney Health Plan intends to support its ability to offer new Medicare Advantage plan choices to patients with kidney diseases across the US. It seeks to leverage a unique Nephrology centric care model in order to achieve this.

Further, in the year 2023, in Arizona, Gold Kidney aims to launch the only ESRD C-SNP plans available for Medicare beneficiaries. It seeks to target patients living in Maricopa, Pinal, and Gila counties.
