New York, U.S.A-based provider of a human resources SaaS solution, HR Acuity, acquired Speakfully. The company announced the acquisition on November 14, 2022. However, it did not unveil the financing details pertaining to the transaction. 

Speakfully, founded in 2018, is a U.S.A-based safe, private, and secure platform for employees to voice workplace concerns.

Purpose of acquisition by HR Acuity 

With the recent acquisition of Speakfully, HR Acuity intends to further strengthen and accelerate its leadership in employee relations case management and investigations.

The company also seeks to extend its reach with end-to-end employee capabilities.
