Maryland, U.S.A-based provider of managed IT infrastructure services and cybersecurity solutions, Dataprise acquired Reboot Network. The company announced the acquisition on November 2, 2022. However, the company did not disclose the amount of the acquisition.

Purpose of acquisition by Dataprise

With the recent acquisition of Reboot Network, Dataprise gets access to Reboot Networks’ clients. It further boosts Dataprise’s broad portfolio of powerhouse services such as cybersecurity, disaster recovery and cloud.

Meanwhile, Dataprise can now expand its local presence across the West Coast and Boston.

The recent deal is the fourth acquisition for Dataprise. It earlier acquired Global Data Vault, which helped in building a DRaaS powerhouse. Previously, it purchased Microsoft’s exemplar Azure partner. Furthermore, the company acquired Wireless Watchdogs.
