Silicon Valley, the U.S-based tech accelerator FalconX announced the ‘Global Startup Immersion Program’ at an event in Bangalore, India, on May 16, 2022. Their aim is to enable prospective startups to launch their products in the US markets and steer them towards growth and success. The duration of FalconX’s flagship entrepreneurship program will last five weeks. The programme would host eminent people from top venture capital funds, corporate executives, and global entrepreneurs to transform early-stage ventures into the growth stage.

Purpose of the Global Immersion Program

The Global Immersion Programme wants to enable entrepreneurs to work with Silicon Valley luminaries. It will also want them to learn the latest business and management techniques to build and further scale their companies.

In addition, the five-week-long programme would train the entrepreneurs to increase community market adoption and increase the valuation of their solutions to attract private investments. Simultaneously, it will help them scale both in horizontal growth and vertical offerings, interact with entrepreneurs worldwide, and teach other local entrepreneurs to succeed.

How does the FalconX program work-

The Global immersion programme by FalconX will offer tailored business, technical, and leadership mentoring from more than 40 serial entrepreneurs, investors, and experts in the valley.

The programme will culminate in a ‘Technology Day.’ Moreover, the startups will get an opportunity to pitch their ideas to more than 100 VCs, Corporate executives, and industry leaders. The top three startups from the immersion programme will also receive USD 100K strategic funding from FalconX.

The selected startups will access various funding opportunities, 1:1 curated deal flow sessions, and multiple one-on-one networking opportunities with trusted advisors and potential partners. Besides, the startup will be able to test, evaluate and scale its products and solutions for the global markets.

The immersion program includes practical workshops and empowering Master Class sessions by BV Jagadeesh, a successful serial entrepreneur, investor, and tech evangelist. The program will provide a step-by-step guide as well as ground rules for success in rapidly scaling and monetizing the business & achieving product-market fit.

What the founders of FalconX have to say

Mr BV Jagadeesh, Co-founder of FalconX, said, “FalconX Global Immersion Program would be hugely beneficial to startups from India who are planning to go global. The best way for such companies is to link with Silicon Valley in California using FalconX expertise as a springboard to accelerate their growth in international markets.”

“As part of the five-week programme, I will take a masterclass ongoing from 0 to $20 million in revenue, which I teach at the Santa Clara University, University of Michigan, and some of the IITs. The compressed tech cycle to become a unicorn is evident, and our focus is to put the spotlight on these firms on a global stage. We help startups scale by helping them develop a market strategy and ensuring product-market fit. We’ll take the firm from, say, $0.5 million in revenue to the next phase of growth, which is where they face big challenges,” he further added.

About FalconX

BV Jagadeesh along with Murali Chirala, Raju Reddy, Ashish Gupta, Raju Indukari, Pradeep Aswani, Praveen Akkiraju, Anuraj Jain, and Krishna Yarlagadda co-founded FalconX.

Together, they have invested in more than 200 startups whose market cap exceeds USD 70 billion.
