MyMobiForce, “A Freelance Management System”, based in Delhi, secured USD 1.42 Million (INR 10.3 crore) in its pre-Series A round on Monday(05.July.2021). The funding round was led by Bharat Inclusion Seed Fund.

The funding round also saw the participation of Acsys Investments, Asutosh Agrawal, and Manu Iyer of Bluehill capital.

In a joint statement, co-founders of the startup said, “MyMobiForce has grown 2x during COVID-19, and has managed to scale the operations to support 100+ customers. We will use the capital raised to skill and empower additional 20,000 service technicians across 10,000 pin codes.”

On the latest investment done by the Bharat Inclusion Seed Fund, its Partner Sanjay Jain said – 

“India is still among the least penetrated Flexi staffing markets globally with merely ~0.5 per cent of the workforce employed in a flexible manner as against 3-4 per cent globally. With the increasing formalisation of the economy, GST, labour law reforms, COVID-19, and an increasing number of enterprises shifting to Flexi-staffing, crowdsourced platforms are poised for the next leg of growth over the long term.”

“We are really excited to partner with MyMobiForce; the company has built a world-class platform that allows businesses to digitally connect, skill, monitor and empower the field workforce to complete technical jobs,” he added.

The startup was initiated by Dheeraj Khatter, Himanshu Kumar, Jitendra Gangwar, Kshitiz Saini, Sanjiv Mital in the year 2018. MyMobiForce is an AI-based crowdsourcing platform that empowers various businesses to scale successfully by offering an on-demand field technical workforce in the fashion of plug-n-play. 

MyMobiForce has a resource pool of 50,000 technical gig workforce nearly across 8000 pin codes in the country. The service provided by the startup is to marquee brands and also claims to have completed more than two million jobs through the platform.

The startup’s platform is also working on a mission to evolve the way technical field services are delivered globally, and in that process, MyMobiForce helps freelance workers with work employment enhancing training, opportunities, and access to financial products such as microloans, insurance, and savings.
