About the startup

Mindgram

Mindgram was founded by a famous Polish psychologist and mental health expert Małgorzata Ohme, and her business partners, Jakub Zieliński and Adam Plona. The startup’s goal is to solve the productivity crisis and employee wellness issues that companies around the world face due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It provides its clients with a set of tools and specialists they need to reduce employee stress, tension and anxiety. With the support of leading Polish professionals such as therapists and coaches, Mindgram is on a mission to be the number one, science-based health and wellness provider for complete mental health care in Europe.

Statements from the stakeholders

Co-founder of Mindgram, Małgorzata Ohme said facing the pandemic consequences, companies around the globe are already reviewing their employee benefits policy. The global leaders, like Google, Facebook, Ebay, Uber and many traditional businesses across the US have already left their traditional perks such as gym memberships or chill-out rooms and, as an alternative, switched their focus towards mental health and wellbeing of their employees. There are 10 companies who have already decided to implement Mindgram in the Polish market and will experience the real effect on the efficient functioning of the company: the increase of commitment and job satisfaction and the reduction of absenteeism and presentism. He concluded by saying that their mission is to serve millions of employees struggling with stress, burnout or more serious mental health issues aggravated by the pandemic and to provide the companies with the best tools to support the wellbeing and job satisfaction of their employees.

Marcin Kurek, managing partner at Market One Capital said Mindgram aims to be a leading software platform for employee well-being. It has launched in Europe, but its vision is of global reach. His firm believes in Mindgram’s mission, full support for employees and democratization of mental health. Market One Capital is convinced that the experienced and skilled Mindgram team will make it a reality.
