Hootsuite buys startup Sparkcentral

The Vancouver based media and advertising enterprise Hootsuite acquired the Belgium-America based missing application focused consumer engagement platform Sparkcentral on 6th January 2021. 

With this deal the Hootsuite users can now access the automatic message distribution platform Sparkcentral for connecting for the consumer facing areas of their businesses.

The CEO of Hootsuite Tom Keiser said “Our world is digital — social and messaging platforms have increasingly become where people are looking to engage with brands and organizations. Our customers have been asking for more capabilities in the area of social customer care and we’re excited to expand our offering with this new acquisition.” 

Orange Bank acquires Anytime 

The Montreuil, France based banking enterprise Orange Bank acquired the French neobank Anytime on 6th January 2021. 

The acquisition will provide the company a footprint in the small business banking domain. The merger deal with Orange will provide the company with an opportunity for extending their arms in the loan and insurance market.

The CEO of Orange Bank, Paul de Leusse, said, “Anytime’s entry into the Orange Bank family marks a new development opportunity for us in a high-value market segment while establishing strong synergies with Orange Bank and Orange.”

Moore Announces acquiring Amergent

Moore Global, a UK based leading performance driven marketing solution provider announced the acquisition of Peabody, Mass based Amergent on 6th January 2021. 

Amergent will continue marketing its product and services on their own label and Moore will now make the product and services for the existing consumers as a part of their commitment for providing the innovative solutions in the marketplace.

CGI Acquires HMB’s Professional Services Division

CGI, a Fairfax based IT and business consulting enterprise announced acquiring the professional service division of the information technology service management enterprise Harris, Mackessey & Brennan on 31st December 2020. 

This merger deal will expand the footprint of CGI in the Fairfax region and its end to end services for its customers. The professional service division of Harris, Mackessey & Brennan brings in 165 skill consultants in the utility market with establishment and additional relationship with Ohio State for the further expansion of CGI in Central Oreo and Columbus particularly.
