The company announced the acquisition on February 1, 2023. However, the company did not unveil the financial details pertaining to the transaction.

Purpose of acquisition by Giift

The integration of InTouch’s very strong local development team with Giift’s comprehensive global loyalty solutions ensures the best of both worlds for the Indonesian clients. 

As a part of the deal, Hendra Kendro seeks to serve as the CEO of InTouch and Giift Indonesia. He aims to ensure smooth functioning and synergy between both companies. 

With the recent acquisition, Giift and InTouch have the chanve to become the leading loyalty provider in Indonesia with a portfolio of 20 banks, six insurance companies, as well as blue chip corporations. Moreover, the companies together can serve more than 50 million daily users. 

In addition, the company intends to expand its offerings and reach new market segments. They also have plans to build on their existing global customer base and their complementary technologies.
