INDIANAPOLIS, January 17, 2023  — Authenticx, the new contemporary in healthcare for listening to customer voices at scale, announced that a USD 20 million Series B funding round led by Blue Heron Capital, with participation from , Indiana Next Level Fund/50 South Capital Advisors, BeringeaMutual Capital Partners, High Alpha, Signal Peak Ventures, Allos Ventures, Elevate Ventures, and M25.

Authenticx has had a strong year of growth, with a 2.5x rise in ARR in 2022 and 64 new workers since July 2021, many of whom have joined product innovation and sales divisions. Furthermore, Authenticx’s customer base has more than quadrupled in the previous year, with its client portfolio now including five of the top ten worldwide pharmaceutical corporations.

Scott Sanner, a Blue Heron Capital Operating Advisor, will join the Authenticx Board of Directors as part of the transaction. Mr. Sanner is the former CEO of Citra Health Solutions, and he has approximately 30 years of relevant industry expertise, having previously held leadership positions at McKesson and Change Healthcare.
