San Francisco  — Experiential Insight’s successor, HumanQ, based in San Francisco, is thrilled to announce a USD 2 million seed round of funding, led by Kindred Ventures, to develop its technology products even further and expand its international team of coaches in the highly competitive workforce coaching and development market.

The HumanQ digital platform gives staff members of its multinational corporate clients in 55 different locations the chance to communicate with one another during group coaching sessions via live video streaming. HumanQ’s coach-led group sessions aim to foster connection, accountability, and support among the community and workforce on various business- and society-relevant issues.

In organizations where their customers work, such as Microsoft,  Chobani, Spark New Zealand, Bidgely, VMware, Penn State University, and Stanford University, among others, HumanQ increases purpose, empowerment, and impact for employees through the intersection of technology and human interaction. These organizations give remote, hybrid, and in-office populations the chance to find solutions for cross-geographical and cross-functional collaboration and innovation.

Kindred Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm with a track record of investing in startups that become cutting-edge platform firms like Uber, Coinbase, Postmates, Tala, Tonal, and Color Health, led the seed round of funding. Several other prominent angels from top companies, including Elena Gomez (Toast CFO ), Natus Medical CHRO Lisa Paul, Dinesh Chahlia ( Google Head of Engineering), and others, also participated in this round of funding.
