Indian Edtech startup Dhurina raises USD 1.2 million in the latest round

India-based Dhurina, an online learning platform with professionals with top-notch experience facilitating preparation for intermediate-level job exams, competitive exams, and state competitive tests, raised USD 1.2 million on 23rd December.

Investors: The investment round was led by Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund (RVCF) and other investors like LetsVenture, RBD Publication, India Accelerator, Precision Startup Advisory, and Pai Ventures.

Purpose of funding: Using the funds, the startup intends to advance technological improvements, aggressively grow the company, and expand its size, as well as improve the product’s functionality for students.

Founded in 2019 by Ajay Kumar, Murari Singh, and Sachin Sardana, Dhurina is located in Gurgaon, India. Dhurina is an online learning platform with professionals with top-notch experience facilitating preparation for intermediate-level job exams, competitive exams, and state competitive tests. The service provided by the startup includes specialized courses, mock exams, live lessons, study notes, and more. The startup recruitment exam preparation includes SBI PO, CGL, RPSC, RSMSSB, CHSL, Railway RRB & IBPS, SBI Clear and more. Exam preparation can be accessed anywhere and anytime. Apart from expanding the company’s market at the PAN-India level, we also plan to invest the funds in employee growth, scaling platform infrastructure, and enhancing the product’s features,” said Sachin Sardana, Co-Founder and COO at Dhurina.
