Practice Ignition, Australia-based commerce and client engagement startup offering professional services to enterprises, has secured US$ 50 million in a Series C funding round led by JMI Equity on 17 November 2021.

Investors: The latest funding round featured JMI Equity as the lead investor with participation from Tiger Global Management, Equity Venture Partners, Black Sheep Capital and Craig Winkler. The startup has managed to raise US$ 75 million, in total, to date.

Purpose of the funding: The startup seeks to deploy the proceeds from the investment round towards expanding globally in North America, Europe, APAC, Africa and the Middle East with a prime focus on the US through its tactical collaborations with Thomson Reuters, Gusto and Intuit.
