24.August.2021 – Gurugram-based CommerceUp, an eCommerce-as-a-services announced that it raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round. This seed round was led by an early-stage venture fund, NB Ventures.

CommmerceUp will utilize this capital raised in expanding the workforce and invest further in tech by offering market solutions for the acquisition of users.

Speaking on the latest development, Neelesh  Bhatnagar, founder NB Ventures said,“NB ventures always looks for new age digital companies in sectors such as logistics, eCommerce, and foodtech. We have found CommerceUp a promising platform, addressing the need of D2C brands by providing eCommerce-as-a -service and correlates with our vision.”

He added, “In the past, CommerceUp has delivered the right technology solution for the brands and filled the gap of existing eCommerce platforms in the market. We believe D2C brands are looking for an end-to-end solution, which can fulfil the unique business demands, and we are excited to partner with them.”

About CommerceUp – 

CommerceUp was founded in 2017 by Piyush Pathak. It is a cloud-based, adaptable and flexible eCommerce platform designed to fulfil the needs of the retailers at the forefront with innovation technically. 

CommerceUp has initiated developing the product in 2019 and went live in Dubai, UAE with its first client in August 2020.

Since its inception, CommerceUp claims to have organically grown to have more than 40 clients in Dubai and India. These clients (brands) have a massive surge of growth by migrating to the startup and have generated sales of nearly USD 6 Million in the past year.
