Healthtech start-up MFine Secures 16 Million USD

MFine, A Bengaluru- based healthtech start-up has raised 16 Million USD on 18th of January 2021 conducted by Heritas Capital. According to the sources, their aim with the fresh funds will go in scaling up the company and expand their footprints.

What the funding is for: The organization aims to utilise this funding to reinforce its rank in providing an AI driven on demand healthcare assistance pan India. They are also planning to become one of the largest virtual hospitals globally which provides primary as well as secondary care and chronic care management in association with its trusted companions.

Investors: Mfine lifted up a total of 16 Million USD funds. The funding round saw participation from Singapore- based family office Y’S Investment pvt Ltd with current investors like SBI Investment, BEENEXT, SBI Investment and Alteria Capital.

Founders: Ajit Narayanan, Ashutosh Lawania and Prasad Kompali.

Primary Objective: The organisation’s main goal is to flourish their platform with 4,000 doctors out of which 600 should be from reputed hospitals wrapping 35 specialties.

About the company: MFine is a privately held organization coming under the hospital and health care facilities. It was founded in 2017 and its headquarters is located in Bangalore, Karnataka. They have a work strength of around 201 to 500 employees. The organization aims to provide AI proctored doctor consultation service. Their doctors have proper and decent facilities to access assistive intelligence platforms. They deal with various specialties like telemedicine, at-home lab tests, digital healthcare, radiology, virtual hospital and healthcare.
