Technology based start-up Iziwork secures USD 43 Million for its provisional work platform

French  start-up Iziwork raised USD 43 million in the funding round which included Cathay Innovation and Bpifrance’s Large Ventures. According to sources Iziwork operates a system of temporary work, approx. 2000 companies are handling the platform in Italy and France. Also 8,00,000 applicants have utilized the application to approach career opportunities. 

Iziwork tries to apply some assistance to compensate for the part time workers who often keep on changing jobs from one company to another. 

What the funding is for: The capital would be used for expanding their platform globally. The France based setup is aiming to reinvent the employment sector, beginning from scratch to onboarding, management and recruitment. The new jobs are replenished within hours through the assistance of an AI system which provides the database recommending the best profile depending upon the type of assignment and vice-versa.

The temporary employees would also have access to profits which they wouldn’t get otherwise, including a 10% annual paid savings account, with addition to provident funds, online learning, medical assistance and instant deposits.
