Apartment List, a US startup that is on a mission to deliver each renter a home they love, has announced that it secured US$ 50 million in Series D funding held in December 2020. The funding was led by Janus Henderson Investors. This investment crowns a year in which Apartment List attained profitability and boosted revenue growth. This funding round has made the company’s valuation twice from the earlier funding round.
The funding will be used to accelerate the growth in its core marketplace, building curated insights for all renter segments and flexible pricing options for properties.
