In 2016, the startup was co-founded in Switzerland by Benno Marbach, Antoine Meier, and Tonio Meier with a vision of empowering people to share their expertise with others in real-time. It provides a SaaS platform which combines AI with human support to enable companies to leverage their community of experienced product users to help support seeking customers in real-time and also provide feedback of their chats to the SmartBot, accelerating its learning curve.

Using this technology, questions that are often asked can be quickly identified and automated. Its AI system recognises the content of the question and sends it to the best source of knowledge. Therefore, customer requests can therefore be answered around the clock, with the best possible quality at the lowest possible cost.
