The San Francisco based People Intelligence platform Findem closed its Series A round with US$7.3m funding on 14th October 2020. The round was successfully led by the VC Wing Venture Capital. Along with the same, the founder partner of Wing Venture Capital will be joining the company’s board. 

The Foundation

The enterprise co-founded by Kolam (CEO) and Raghu Batta Venkat (CTO) provides a People Intelligence Platform that follows a data-driven approach that helps the company to get a new way to retain, define and get introductions to the best talent through HR and other business leaders with right insights required to make data-driven and strategic decisions. With the received funding, they are looking forward to taking the company to new shores of success. The company is already serving brands like KeepTruckin, Rippling, Coder, Samsung Ads, Narvar and Visual Concepts to make smarter decisions with its smarter systems. 

The Findem platform serves different offerings than traditional keyword searches and goes beyond the use of augmented analytics to extract people data from internal HR tools, systems, and publicly available sources to unveil intangible characteristics that are important for the success of the business. There are two key components of the platform, Compass, and Atlas.

What is Atlas?

Atlas is a platform that provides people insights and analytics. These are provided to enable enterprises to search for talent based on one million-plus tangible attributes like experience, titles, etc. and intangible attributes like patent holder, trustworthy employee, etc. the analytics engine Atlas analyzes the trends and recognizes workforce gaps in terms of skills, diversity, and talent. It provides an unbiased result for talent so that promotions and re-skilling decisions can be guided.

What is Compass?

The automatic-talent matching solution from Findem allows several recruiters to search for perfect matches for the specified jobs based on desired characteristics without limiting them with keywords. It collects all the data about external candidates from internal employees, past and current applications, public data, and collects them in one place to create a pipeline. Compass offers instant access to the matching candidature list along with a full market map.
