The US, Boise based Clearwater Analytics, the leading SaaS provider of analytics and accounting, announced receiving an undisclosed amount in funding on 12th October 2020 from several investment firms. The funding was led by Dragoneer Investment Group, Permira, Durable Capital Partners, and Warburg Pincus. The first investor WCAS-Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, which invested in the enterprise in 2016, is still the major shareholder and Sandeep Sahai continues at the CEO position.

The new group of investors will take away the company’s organic growth further with its innovative leadership quality as it will bring its solution-based services in the global marketplace and enable revolutionary M&A opportunities in the coming future.
