India-Bengaluru based AI sales augmentation Platform as a Service (PaaS), DaveAI announced on 13th August, 2020, that it has bagged an undisclosed amount in a pre-series round. The investment was led by Mumbai Angels Network with participation of IIIT Technology Venture Partner, GHV Accelerator and CEO of Crestere Technologies, Mohan Kumar.

The company says that the funds will be utilized to enter into new markets and sustain it’s growth at a global scale.

“Innovation using digital human avatars for digital conversations is the best way to merge the physical and digital world. We believe this innovation will progress in the future by transforming enterprises. AR/VR technology has a vast market that offersa potential new way of interaction between customers and the world around us,” said Co-promoter and CEO of Mumbai Angels Network, Nandini Mansinkha.

Established in the year 2016 by Sriram PH, Ashok Balasundaram and Dr Ananthakrishna Gopal, DaveAI is a sales augmentation company with a vision to democratize AI for enterprises. The platform could be used by brands to create sales experience on web, AR and VR. It uses Empathetic AI with a blend of technologies like visualization, facial detection and multi-dimensional affinity engine.

The company claims that they recorded 230% revenue growth last quarter amidst a global lockdown and business slowdown with its clients like Landmark Group, Maruti Suzuki, Pidilite Industries and some leading banks.
