Founder & CEO of JobHopin, Kevin Tung Nguyen claims to deploy the funds in product development especially for Bunny (recommendation platform) machine learning on better decision making and recommendation.

Incepted in 2017 by Nguyen, JobHopin has developed an Artificial Intelligence search and recommendation platform, called Bunny.

In Southeast Asia, recruitment function affects more than 570 million workers. Yet, the process of recruitment has remained largely unmodified despite technological advancements in the corporate sector. The average white collar job in the region takes 49 days to fill, while 34 days is more typical of software developer roles.

JobHopin proposes a model for understanding and solving systemic inefficiencies in the recruitment process.
Its tool offers real-time market data analysis, such as supply level of active/passive talents, hiring demand and candidate-matching services, salary with Machine Learning models prepared by behavioral data from verified recruiter users.

The platform can be connected to Massive Online Open Courses, online testing services and third-party job listing portals.

On top of this, Bunny also serves a fee built-in applicant tracking system, which they claim to have a reach of over 1.4 million candidate profiles analyzed by online databases of over 12 million white-collar professionals and over 2,000 enterprise clients in Vietnam, as an early testing ground for product refinement.
